CODEMANTRA believes in helping its customers and has a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.
- Perishable items cannot be canceled; refunds are available for poor-quality products.
Refund Policy
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer service within 2 days.
- Complaints about product mismatches must be raised within 2 days of receipt.
- Manufacturer warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 days.
